We serve only the highest quality traditional local Maltese cuisine
We serve only the highest quality traditional local Maltese cuisine such as ‘Aljotta’(fish soup), ‘Bragjoli’ (beef olives) and ‘Stuffat tal qarnit’ (octopus stew) using only the freshest quality products found on the market. Apart from the options on the menu, for dinner the restaurant prepares a few daily specials and depending on what’s in season they also serve fresh fish and seafood cooked in a typical Maltese way.
The Maltese Platter
One of the symbols associated with our restaurant
A Maltese meal would not be complete without a Maltese platter, with everything from ġbejna to pickled onions to sun-dried tomatoes bringing out the Mediterranean flavours the Maltese islands are famous for. And let’s not forget the fresh bread served with tomato paste and olive oil!
